Modern houses and colonials
Mid-century modern homes often have low-profile or custom garage doors that need parts sized to fit. Colonials on large lots usually have attached or detached garages and, on bigger properties, gated drives.
Snow, ice and tree debris
Winter snow and ice freeze doors to the slab, and leaves and branches from mature trees clog tracks and block safety sensors every fall.
